During her ten years as Executive Director of a major European medical association, Susie turned around a financially frail organisation to achieve long-term financial stability, a 500% increase in membership and significant growth in the association’s congress and other event revenues.
Prior to this, she spent ten years in the commercial sector, working for a diverse range of businesses, ranging from a multinational risk management consultancy to a small contemporary art dealership.
She brings this extensive experience to her work with associations and is committed to working with you to deliver a straightforward and professional service, which demystifies business strategy. Based in the UK, Susie is happy to travel to meet her clients’ needs.
